My training includes working as a psychotherapist at mental health centers in Florida, Montana, Maryland, North Carolina and Washington, DC, where I worked with adults and children who presented with chronic pain, depression, PTSD and anxiety, autism, ADHD, and other behavioral, mental, spiritual, and emotional issues. Over the years, I found that energy healing really helps facilitate deeper emotional and psychological work, especially problems that have begun to manifest in the physical body. I sometimes recommend flower essences or other herbal preparations or some of the Edgar Cayce Remedies that may help facilitate deeper healing.
My work with animals is very special to me, and I believe that they are here to help guide and teach humans, not the other way around. They are usually much more aware of energy and healing than we give them credit for and often have great insights into spiritual healing.
In addition to my formal education and training, I am a graduate of the Barbara Brennan School of Healing; an Accredited Outreach Trainer for The Monroe Institute, a place where people can begin to learn how to be conscious in non-ordinary states of reality; a licensed massage therapist, I graduated from the Edgar Cayce School of Massage in Virginia Beach; and I have been a hypnotherapist for 15 years and primarily follow the work of Brian Weiss, Tad James, Dick Sutphen and Edwin Steinbrecher.
I incorporate all of my training into my healing practice and primarily work with clients using Distance Healing and Psychotherapy.
